Civil Construction

In 2003, Hooker Creek entered the civil construction/excavation business.  Just a few short years later, our team has been involved in some of the largest commercial projects in Central Oregon.  Our services include civil construction, site development, excavation and wet/dry utilities.

The scope of our projects includes major commercial and industrial sites, subdivisions, and even single family homesites.  Our team is one of the most experienced in Central Oregon and we pride ourselves in doing a superior job while maintaining an excellent safety record.

It is the goal of our Civil Construction team to PARTNER with developers, architects and engineers from the very beginning of a project.   By taking this approach, our team of experienced engineers and project managers are many times able to catch possible problems while they are still on paper, thus saving the developers precious time and money.   This is what allows us to finish projects on time and on or under budget.
