Working Foreman Mechanic
We are hiring a Working Foreman Mechanic for the truck maintenance shop. In addition to performing engine and chassis repairs, the Foreman Mechanic will work closely with the Division Manager to schedule work, order parts, write and process work orders, and track inventory. They will advise other mechanics and make recommendations on specific repairs.

Required:
• General knowledge and experience with diesel engine repair
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Insight (or similar computer system)

Preferred:
• A CDL
• Strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities
• Heavy equipment knowledge and experience

The Foreman Mechanic must demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, customer service and efficient work practices.

Warehouse Laborer
The Warehouse person prepares equipment loads for delivery and accepts rental equipment back from customers. This includes unloading, pressure washing and inspecting the equipment condition to ensure it is ready to rent. The Warehouse person works in a fast paced environment with frequent customer interaction. Additional duties may be assigned including tasks such as restocking shelves and performing general cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will be familiar with small and large equipment operation. Training is provided. Saturday work is required especially in spring, summer and fall seasons.

Quality Control Technician
We are accepting resumes for a Quality Control Technician to perform product testing and ensure that materials adhere to industry specifications and/or customer order. The QC Technician will evaluate content, material handling, workmanship, and work center cleanliness and prepare reports on their findings. The QC Technician will perform various tests in both laboratory as well as remote areas in the field, including sampling and testing concrete and aggregates in adverse weather.
The ideal candidate will have the ODOT CAgT certification. A certification of ODOT QCT/ACI Grade 1 Certification is also desirable but we are willing to train the right candidate. Outstanding mathematical skills as well as Microsoft Suite, Access and experience with other computer programs required. The ability to lift 80 pounds and possession of an Oregon Driver’s License as well as an acceptable DMV record is required.

Ready Mix Truck Driver
We are recruiting for Ready Mix Truck Drivers. This position delivers concrete product in a timely and safe manner. They provide excellent customer service engaging with vendors, private customers and coworkers on a regular basis. Adherence to all safety standards is required. Ready Mix Truck Driver candidates need to have 2 years CDL, current Medical Card, acceptable DMV record, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate has experience driving in the concrete/ready mix industry and/or experience in the construction industry. A lay-off in winter is possible.

Truck Driver
The Truck Driver delivers product in a timely and safe manner. They must have experience driving transfer truck as well as a truck and pup/tractor-trailer combination. Two years CDL driving experience required with acceptable DMV record. Successful candidate will maintain a quality, professional service-oriented attitude while working in an efficient, safe, and team- focused manner. Winter lay-off likely.
