Quality Control Technician
We are accepting resumes for a Quality Control Technician to perform product testing and ensure that materials adhere to industry specifications and/or customer order. The QC Technician will evaluate content, material handling, workmanship, and work center cleanliness and prepare reports on their findings. The QC Technician will perform various tests in both laboratory as well as remote areas in the field, including sampling and testing concrete and aggregates in adverse weather.
The ideal candidate will have the ODOT CAgT certification. A certification of ODOT QCT/ACI Grade 1 Certification is also desirable but we are willing to train the right candidate. Outstanding mathematical skills as well as Microsoft Suite, Access and experience with other computer programs required. Maintenance Person
Hooker Creek is recruiting for a Maintenance Person to perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, welding, flooring, landscaping, fencing, and/or roofing repair/maintenance. The Maintenance Person will address interior and exterior maintenance needs at multiple sites including offices, retail stores, a maintenance shop, ready mix plants, and others. They will also coordinate projects that are completed by third party contractors. The Maintenance Person must be able to lift 80 lbs and own their own tools. This position requires an Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable DMV record as well. Excellent customer service, self-initiative, and communication skills required. Ready Mix Truck Driver
The Ready Mix Truck Driver delivers concrete product in a timely and safe manner. They provide excellent customer service engaging with vendors, private customers and coworkers on a regular basis. Adherence to all safety standards is required. Ready Mix Truck Driver candidates must have two years truck driving experience, CDL, current Medical Card, acceptable DMV record, and a high level of professionalism. Ideal candidate will have ready mix truck driving experience. Lay-off in winter possible.

Truck Driver
The Truck Driver delivers product in a timely and safe manner. They must have experience driving transfer truck as well as a truck and pup/tractor-trailer combination. Two years CDL driving experience required with acceptable DMV record. Successful candidate will maintain a quality, professional service-oriented attitude while working in an efficient, safe, and team- focused manner. Winter lay-off likely.
