In 2003,
Hooker Creek entered the civil construction/excavation
business. One year later, our team was working on
the largest commercial project in Central Oregon. Our
services include civil construction, site development,
excavation and wet/dry utilities.
Our project scope includes major commercial & industrial sites, subdivisions, and even single family homesites. Our combined team has over 50 years of experience and we pride ourselves on maintaining an excellent safety record.
In 2006 we began working on Caldera Springs, the new destination resort in Sunriver. We are also doing the excavation work at the new Subdivision in East Bend Miranda and Remington Ranch in Powell Butte.
